The Sanitary Board of Directors meet every third Wednesday of the month. Billing Information West Virginia American Water Company customers and those customer served by the Bluefield Valley Water Company will be billed for sewer service on their respective water bills beginning January 2004. The water and sewer bills are to be paid together and at the same time. The bill may be paid either by mail care of the address provided by the West Virginia American Water Company or in person at any of the designated locations, including the Sanitary Board of Bluefield office at 100 Rogers Street Bluefield, West Virginia. Water Customers of the Town of Bluefield, Virginia, the Bluewell Public Service District and the Tazewell County Public Service Authority will receive a separate bill for sewer service. The bill may be paid in person the National Bank in Bluefield Virginia and the Sanitary Board of Bluefield office at 100 Rogers Street Bluefield, West Virginia or by mail care of the Sanitary Board of Bluefield Post Office Box 1870 Bluefield, West Virginia 24701.
