                   The mission of the Bluefield Sanitary Board is to provide customers with high quality, cost effective sanitary sewer services by collecting and treating all wastewater generated from Bluefield WV , Bluefield VA and Brushfork WV service areas and in accordance with applicable Local, State, and Federal permit requirements.

                  Our crews are out in your community every day working hard to improve and repair the wastewater infrastructure in Bluefield WV,  Bluefield VA and Brushfork WV. These improvement/repair projects help to protect the health and safety of you and your neighbors, as well as reduce the risk of environmental impacts associated with a failing infrastructure.

                  Bluefield Sanitary Board has two Treatment Plants. Westside Treatment Plant located at  203 Parsley Street Bluefield Va  and Ada Treatment Plant located at Rt 112 Bluefield WV. Westside Treatment Plant is designed to treat 8.1 million gallons of sewer a day, and the Ada Treatment Plant is designed to treat 1.2 million gallons of sewer a day.

                  Approximately 350 miles of sanitary sewer lines combined in Bluefield WV, Bluefield VA and Brushfork WV.
